Tumour markers normalised
13 people found this helpful
I've been taking Vitamin A for five years. Initially, my cancer tumour markers were positive, and my doctor advised me to take vitamins A and D. I was taking 225,000 IU daily to reduce chickenpox zoster virus infections. After about two years on this regimen, my tumour markers normalised. Now, I take 75,000 IU each day. Due to Japan's climate, many people here are vitamin D deficient.

Back pain relieved

I purchased vitamin A to improve my vision, but it unexpectedly relieved my back pain within four days of taking it. It proved effective for my back pain again after a slight injury, so I believe it’s definitely the vitamin A's effect.

Eyestrain improvement

I've noticed significant improvement in my eyestrain and stomatitis since taking vitamin A. My back pain has lessened, and my lip ulcers healed rapidly compared to before. I recommend taking one tablet every two days, as fat-soluble vitamin overdose is risky.

Excellent results achieved
7 people found this helpful
I’m treating my husband’s follicular keratosis with this vitamin and have seen excellent results. The rashes and back acne have disappeared, especially post-bath. It’s also beneficial for women preparing for pregnancy due to vitamin A deficiency risks, but be cautious of overdosing.

Pain prevention noted

I previously used medications to lower uric acid due to gout, but I’ve added vitamin A, which has helped prevent pain. I now take only one tablet a day instead of several, and I find it effective, especially when combined with vitamin C.

Dry eyes treated

I originally took 10,000 IU for dry eyes, but the pain persisted. Now, when I take this vitamin, the discomfort alleviates for 2-3 days. I’ve noticed if I skip it, my back pain returns alongside dry eyes.
